Hi, I need to get my teeth looked at and most likely some work done to it however, I don't have any insurance and can't afford it. Does anyone know of any organization that might be able to help me pay for my dental visits? Thanks in advance for any help.

Try the public health department or check local dental colleges they sometimes do work for for free or a small fraction of the price. If not check with local dentist and ask about setting up payment plans.

paying for dental work...?
I have to have 2 root canals. Each one will cost $1000 and another $750 for each crown. What do you do if you have no dental insurance and cannot afford this?

If you are looking for a dental insurance that pays 100% of the bill the premium will be expensive. If you are looking for a dental plan that includes all treatments I would look at a plan called dental plus. This plan can save you a lot of money because its affordable and includes all treatments.

Can I add Dental coverage to my COBRA plan?
I as laid off in mid February (a little over 4 months ago). At the time I only chose to have COBRA for health insurance. I never thought I'd still be out of work when it came time for dental checkups, but that time is now coming up. So can I change my COBRA plan to now include dental coverage, or is it too late?

No Insurance..I need relief of toothache such as root canal.Im going to the hospital, can they not admit me?
I went once before to the dental clinic in the hospital, they took me in. I havent paid the hospital bill. I am in alot of pain and would like something to be done whether its an extraction or root canal..Can they say no and leave me in pain because I have no insurance or because i havent paid? I live in the state of New York. Thanks!

In New York, emergency care is required to be provided regardless of your economic status. A toothache may or may not qualify under that statute. However, it has been my experience that they will treat you.

Does Tricare Dental cover dental implants? ?
I recently got married to my wife who's in the Navy. I'm wanting to get dental implants, but my current dental insurance doesn't cover them at all since it's 'Cosmetic.' I've been looking/reading around, and on the Tricare site it said they only cover 1200 annually? If so/not how much do they cover if any for dental implants?
