Where do I get on medicaid at?

I am married and I am 19 year old. My husband is 22. We have no health or dental insurance and we really need our teeth done badly. I heard medicaid is an option. I am unemployed and my husband makes about 350 a week and I think thats too much for us? its about 17-20,000 a year, which hoenstly is hard to live on even with us in an apartment
