dental work has become loose, can you help?

I know i need to see the dentist again but i had a crown done a few years ago and now it is loose.Any time now it is going to fall out.Tt is a front tooth. Is their any type of temporary way i can glue it back in til i see the dentist? Since my dental insurance sucks i have to pay a large co-pay.so i was planning on using my tax return to pay for the dental work.Which i have not received yet.

See the dentist for evaluation. He will see what's going on under the crown. Perhaps nothing, and it can be re cemented back on. Maybe there is some decay under it that caused it to become loose. If so he can just remove the decay before it gets worse and temporarily cement the old crown to place until you can afford a new one. He also would be able to give you an estimate factoring in your insurance, on any future work on the tooth. That is your best, safest, ans least expensive solution at this time. Good luck
