My employer does not offer a plan and i need a bridge or implant very soon but most individual plans don't cover much of the cost and they make you wait 6-12 months for bridges and implants.

First you should check to see if there is a dental school somewhere near you. (Or at least within reasonable driving distance.) Many dental schools provide a full range of dental work in order to give their students experience. (Tricky procedures are usually done by the teacher, with the students assisting.) Sometimes they limit expensive procedures to low-income people only, but you can always check. (If you have low income, you may find you can get some assistance from the county health too.)
