How much does dental partial cost without insurance? I have insurance not sure if they will cover the cost?

Any reason why my insurance company would not cover the coast?

It depends on the insurance, but many will cover a certain amount such as 50%. Partials cost more than dentures (usually) because the dentist and lab has to design a metal framwork to go on your existing teeth that the partial is then built over. I've seen prices ranging from $600-1500 for one arch (upper or lower.)
