I'm planning on going to the dentist soon and my dad mailed me an insurance card. Im under the insurance policy but my name is not on the card...its my dads name. I was wondering if the dental office will accept this when I present it to them or do I need to have it changed to my name?

He is the policy holder, so it is in his name. They will call to verify the insurance and that you are listed on the policy. It's normal.
