Does the Health Care Bill Only Cover Medical Insurance or Does it Also Affect Dental, Optical, etc?

An answer that doesn't involve some long rant about how this bill is going to kill us all will be far more likely to get the best answer. I don't want opinions. I just want a direct answer.
