How can someone get help with dental work that is needed "killer tooth pain" with no insurance, no money forit?

and nowhere near a dental school and not even close to a state that has one

well go to a dental clinic the doctor i work for volunteers at a dental clinic every friday for people that cant afford dental treatment. your tooth is probably abcessed so the only way the pain will go away is by getting some antibiotics the pain should go away within 3 days but you will need to get the tooth taken out before the medicine leaves your system. you should really call a dentist should only cost about $80 for an exam and xray.
