You need to talk with a local agent that works with all of the major companies in your area, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions. The agent can find the best policy for your situation and budget. They can explain what you get and, more importantly, what you don't get with each policy. There is no extra charge using an agent. Dental and vision are separate policies. Some health plans will have dental and vision as a option for an additional premium. If you find the best health plan doesn't have that option you can get a stand-alone dental plan. Most people do without dental and vision insurance; they'll just use dental schools.
