Has anyone here ever received dental care at South Texas Dental?

is it affordable, because I don't have dental insurance?
--------------------
I haven't, however I am going to answer anyways. I have been in the denal field for over 11 years and I have worked for one of those chain type dental offices before. You need to be very careful going to those places. Normally, they cut corners by buying cheaper dental materials or from over-sea companies where the materials might not be stored at the proper temperature (Therefore not working properly). They also tend to pack patients into their schedule, therefore making patients have to wait a long time to be seen. Also, they tend to hire dentists and assistants to work for them that are not overly concerned with continuing education, and basically take the minimum required by law. Sometimes cheaper isn't better. You may pay less in the beginning, but you might be actually paying more in the long run, especially if you end up having to have work redone.
