How long can a person take an antibiotic b4 they become immune to it?

Clindamycin 300 mg. to be specific. (trying to nurse a tooth that lost a medicated filling as long as possible to save up to have pulled. Started pills 2day. Can get it pulled in July. No dental insurance.)
--------------------
Average courses of Clindamycin last from 5 days to 10 days. The longest time mentioned is for a severe lung infection "which may take as long as 2 to 4 months." So it's use is possible for the length of time you mention. You really need professional advice as this is a drug for serious infections (including soft tissue - dental), in those cases a 5 - 10 day course would usually be adequate. I hope a pharmacist sees your question, can't you ask the person who prescribed Clindamycin for you? There is information on the links and read the leaflet in your pack/s, read side effects, interactions and contraindications. Whatever you do, or take, I hope the antibiotics work. Trouble with teeth is a nental and physical pain.
