I doing research for a project, when a job covers your health dental and vision insurance does that mean that I don't have to pay monthly bills for these because my job covers it all, or does that mean it only cover part of it?
--------------------
Rarely, a job might cover all. Usually, a job covers 40-90%, but you still pay something. However, you do not pay bills "monthly". Instead, they take something out of each paycheck, so that it adds up to the right amount over a year.
