I want to find health insurance cover that doesn't have a waiting period for major dental (eg braces)?

I am in Western Australia, can anyone help?

No such thing...at least in the USA. Unless your employer offers this type of insurance, I don't think it exist as a private pay option and if it did, it would probably not be worth it, Good luck
