Will the army tricare insurance pay for cavity filling?

I just enrolled in the dental program, and think I have a cavity, but I'm not sure if the insurance will cover the filling or not?
--------------------
You will get some coverage but not 100%. Tricare usually pays 80% of fillings and if you get a white, tooth colored filling, they pay less than 80% (more like 65%). Also, make sure you go to a dentist who is a preferred provider with your dental plan. If you go to a dentist who is not preferred, they will still "take" your insurance but you will owe more money because they don't have a contract with your insurance. So call and ask. Good luck!
