Can you blame them? Only Individual coverage premiums will be raised because young healthy people are not applying for medical insurance. Also keep in mind the cost of health care is going up therefore Blue Cross in CA will need to raise the premiums on the individual coverage in order to pay their member hospital, dental, or patient visit bill. What are your thoughts on this matter?
