I've established from research here that the price of a dental crown after root canal is on average $800-$1000 in the USA. What do people do without insurance and who can't afford that do in the US? Surely not just pull the tooth...?

I had root canals 4 years ago, I have tried saving money to pay for crowns, but I have not been sucessful, so thursday, I am getting all my top teeth pulled and getting a denture.
