Me and my employer paid about $600 in premium per year. The Insurance Company (Pr__cipal Fin__cial Group) only allow $168 of the expense. Their net profit is $432.00 My health care preimum is almost $10K per year and the coverage is so limited. I even have to pay a $20 co-pay per visit.

In order to stay in business, the company has to take more in from premiums, than it pays out in benefits. That's how the game is played. However there are some companies that are better than others and won't delay and deny claims.
