I am currently looking at purchasing an individual dental insurance plan. Is Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Select Dental or Delta Dental Individual Choice Premier better? I am having a hard time deciding.

Honey my job has had several dental plans through the years and none of them is very good at all.When I go to the dentist I pay my copay and then later they bill me for another $60 or so. As a rule Blue Cross is a better health insurance, but I don't know.
