The dentist quote was 450$ My Dental insurance will pay 0. the jerks.....anyway. I found dentek on line. does anyone know if this 25$ product will protect my teeth? Thank you stressgard or dentek are the sites I have checked.

I have a bite guard and had to pay for it. The cost is alot but if you don't lose it should last forever. The ones you buy in the store or get online will not protect like the one your dentist wants you to have. The soft ones actually harm as one tends to chew on them in your sleep. It is an investment in your dental health
