Dentistry is not socialized in Canada. If you are moving from anywhere except the US, you will find dentistry expensive, but good, in Canada. Dental insurance is usually any employee benefit, so your best bet is to get a job that includes dental insurance. Private dental insurance plans are available, but are relatively expensive and have exclusion periods. Many plans will not cover a bridge unless you lost the teeth during the life of the dental plan.
