Which dental insurance if best AFLAC Premier or AARP Plan B. Trying to decide which insurance to go with.?

Signed up for AFLAC Premier today but do not like the wait periods. Checking since I am over 50 is AARP dental insurance would be the best way to go. I would be purchasing a family.
