question about Dental Insurance?

I went to the dentist two day ago and had two fillings done, THey were both two surface, tooth colored on teeth 5 and the other on 19. the dentists charges were $195 each totalling $390. Online i looked at my claim and the insurance comp. allows $82 for one and the other is at $110. THere is an upgrade of $28 for only one of them cause it was a molar and tooth colorde fillings are not allowed on those teeth, I had a tooth color filling on both teeth. THey say that i will no have to pay the full$195 and just $110 per tooth casue the dentist is contracted, However las tyear i went to a different dentist and they said that i had to pay the difference. By the way there is a $75 ndeductable, Who is right, if this dentist is only allowed to charge the cotracted rate for a tooth colored filling then that means the other dentist (who was contracted ripped me off)

What insurance company do you have? When you looked up your claim online, it should have also said something like 'patient payment' or 'patient responsibility'...that is what your out-of-pocket expenses would be. It's hard to say, since we can't see the explanation of benefits that would accompany the payment. ~Wish I could help more than this.... :(
