Can you tell me what an out of pocket dental 80/20, 30/70, or 50/50 policy is?

I have just been told that an oral surgeon's office will not take my insurance. It would have to be out of pocket. What do the above mentioned policies mean? The lady told me that these are the options for out of pocket. Thanks

The 80%, 30%. 50% is what the Insurance pays if you have Dental coverage. A lot of Health Insurance plans covers no Dental unless it specificately states Dental as in accidents or a surgical proceedure. Normal Dental proceedure require a seperate Dental plan.
