I need about $2500 worth of dental work done & i do not have insurance so im thinking of applying for care credit. Anyone know how soon i will be able to use it if im approved?

If you dentist takes Care Credit you can apply for the card right at the dentist office and once you are approved they can bill your card right then & there. Care credit seems like a very good company to work with. Just be careful with what plan you take because if you choose the intrest free plan and it is not paid off by the number of months you picked you will have to pay intrest on the entire thing.
