I am 15 male and work at kumon.Their benefits includes a dental plan.I have already gave kumon my social insurance number.Does that mean when i go to the dentist,the cost of dental will be covered? Or do i have to tell the dentist that i have a dental plan at work.

There is no such thing as a "Social Insurance Number". It is Social Security Number that you gave them. It has nothing to do with insurance it is so the Federal and State governments can see that you pay the proper amount of taxes. You have to ask them if you are covered by insurance, but if you did not fill out paper work, and especially considering your age, I do not think you have insurance through this job.
