The other (3) wisdom teeth grew in straight and are just fine. Only one is impacted (mesial impaction). I don't have insurance and can barely afford all these consultation and referral visits, so will the surgeon try to pull all four out and as a result rack up my dental bills even further?

yeah if the surgey is going to get out on tooth then he mite as well get out the other 3 teeth. like back in the old days if you have appendisites( it is were your appendix goes bad) then they also take out your gallbladder too.
