I need to find a dentist in Algadonas, Mexico that I can be sure uses the proper sterilization on instruments?

I have not gone to a dentist for a long time, have no insurance, i know it's much cheaper having dental work done in Mexico, but I want to be sure the dentist I go to uses the proper sterilization of his tools. need the name and address of a good one in Algodonas, Mexico . thanks
