Does the Air Force offer good dental insurance?

Also, does anyone know what the sign on bonus currently?
--------------------
The dental service for an active duty member is okay. You get your teeth cleaned once a year and they will do root canals or whatever treatment you need as needed. The dental insurance for Dependants is through United Concordia. You have to pay $30 a month and you have to pay a co-pay (about 20-30%) for any treatments beyond cleanings and X-rays. It's not that great. The AF only has sign-on bonus for select AFSC's like Pararescue and even then the bonus isn't that big. The AF is looking for people willing to serve not those they have to PAY bonuses to for them to serve. This isn't the Army!
