my molar broke in half (1 side is completely gone) and it hurts like hell. when i look in the mirror, it's all black inside which i guess means cavities.... so should i apply for dental insurance and try to save it or just have it pulled? it's 2nd molar from the back so no one can see it even when i smile. but in the meantime, how do i deal with the pain???????? ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
