i have premier access dental through work. i work for bel air(raleys) and they are apart of UFCW union. i was wondering if anyone ever got their teeth fixed (front teeth) and have composite fillings to fill in the gaps. I was wondering if the insurance covered this, if not what were the cost of each unit(teeth) covered??? please respond asap :]
