I am looking for dental insurance that covers root planning (deep cleaning), cavities, fillings and teeth pulling. I can't wait no 18 or 6 months for root planing.

Many group plans through an employer do not have or have shorter waiting periods. Some dental insurance plans will not have waiting periods but instead have a graduated benefit. For example, the first year they'll pay 10%, second year 30% and third year 60%. Contact a local agent to see if these plans are available in your area.
