My boyfriend and I have been together for a little under 2 yrs, he just lost his job due to lay offs, he now has no medical and no dental insurance. Is there a way I can add him to my plan since we are not married and not living together?

All you have to do is marry him, and then you can add him. In order to get marital priveleges, you have to be married.
