I'm single and I don't have any kids, so I just need something to cover the basics like medical and dental and at a somewhat decent price. What do you suggest? Which health insurance provider do you use? What do you like or not like about them?

The basics, with a low deductible, no dental and no vision, are going to run you around $250 a month. I haven't seen a private dental or vision policy that pays out more than it costs. I'd suggest you get quotes from a local, independent agent who can help you weigh coverages, deductibles, and cost. Buying off the internet is a great way to get scammed.
