well i have about three of my wisdom tooth coming in, but the one that hasnt came through recently had a small fragment of tooth poke out( which i though was the tooth) but then i played with it a little and it fell out! i dont know what to do if this is normal or not, i also dont have dental insurance, advice would be appreciated ..thanks

this was not a piece of tooth. it was a piece of bone. sometimes when the wisdom teeth are moving through the bone, you will get little bone shards. this is perfectly normal and nothing that you need to see a dentist about.
