Tingling sensation in one tooth. Is it a cavity or just simply sensitive teeth.?

I have a filling in that tooth and it's been feeling funny lately. I don't have dental insurance and don't want to spend money. Does anyone know what it is? Thanks!

The answer is simple: go to your dentist to get an x-ray. That is one way to tell. Is your filling the "silver" filling and how long have you had it? The other way is still to go to your dentist and have him/her to do a sensitivity test on it. Other than that I suggest that you use Synsodyne toothpaste or if you're money strapped, then go to the dollar store and they have some sensitive toothpaste there. Good luck because your teeth are nothing to play with. It will cost you less money, if it's a cavity, to get it done now than to wait and do it.
