at my x job, i had insurance with the company ,where they were payin 70percent and i was payin 30%. do i have to cancel the insurance or is it automatically cancel when i leave the job. am talking about health and dental insurance.

It is automatically canceled. You should receive a letter from them, usually within 30 days of leaving, telling you you are eligible for COBRA coverage. It will be the same coverage you had before except you'll pay 100% of the premium.
