Dear All, I visited a dental office after asking multiple times whether they accept my insurance. They repeatedly said "yes" but I received today a mail from my insurance company that the dentist was not their preferred provider and I am in charge of full amount of the care I got from the office. What should I do in this kind of case ? I would really appreciate your advice. Thank you in advance.
