These so called dental plans sound sketchy . and i cant find dental insurance in louisiana from someone i have heard of . anyone have any suggestions?

There is Delta Dental, but it is expensive and only covers cleanings and oral exams and up to a certain amount of fillings and extractions. AmeriPlan USA is the best alternative to "dental insurance". I've checked everywhere myself and finally went wtih AmeriPlan. We only pay $20 a month for our entire family and only go in when we need work done. We save 50-80% off everything dental related!! we pay $47 per cleaning and only go twice a year.. that's WAY better than paying at least $50 a month for Dental Insurance! And when you need crowns or fillings they are 60% off reg. price..
