I have a little dental insurance but it doesn't cover what I need to have done.What can I do?

I'm sorry for your situation. Poor insurance and no job so that you could have some kind of a payment plan such as Care -Credit. You might call the Maryland State Dental Association and they may be able to provide you with a list of some free clinics in your area. I wish you well.
