How much can I expect to pay directly from my pocket if I don't have dental insurance.

just an exam or a cleaning and x-rays as well? exam 40-60 however if it is an initial exam (you are new) it can be 60-80 x-rays depending on how many you get 50-150 cleaning 70-90 dental hygiene and dental schools are usually pretty cheap - my school was $25 for everything. call for an estimate.
