I have cavities that I need filled and one really sensitive tooth, but I don't have the money to pay for it all. I'm planning on getting insurance through Humana Dental, but even with it I can't afford it. What are the chances of getting a payment plan with insurance?

I could only do it by having my teeth fixed beforehand, in other words the dentist would only start the plan when he was satisfied that there was no work to be done.
