I brush my teeth every day, so I don't know how I got it. We don't have dental insurance, and we don't have alot of money... It's on a front tooth so it's pretty noticable... ):

Once a cavity breaks through the enamel it is irreversible and will continue to get bigger. It must be removed and a filling placed.
