my work will pay up to 250.00/ month for insurance, but most of the plans look the same to me as far as out of pocket co-payments. i'd love to find a plan where i could pay each visit off by mail in installments- does that exist? otherwise i am just looking for great insurance with the lowest out of pocket cost. perhaps i may have to get both health and dental together? thanks for any help!
