My boyfriend and I are both young (22) and we recently got kicked off of our parent's insurance plans. We want to get insurance together, and were wondering if it is possible to do so? We are not married, but is there a way we can do it as a domestic partnership? Neither one of our offices that we work at offer a health insurance policy, either. We are looking for something affordable that preferrably includes dental, medical, and vision. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Even names of reliable insurance companies would be great. This varies with companies, but it usually doesn't reduce your premium payment. Contact a local independant agent in your area to get many different plans and benefits. He/she will be able to help you choose the best plan for your particular financial and medical needs. Choosing your own plans will also cause no problems in coverage if at some point you both decide to go your own way. I am not saying this will happen, but just another point to consider.
