compare that with what Democrats would want done about it? Which is the right thing to do and why? I am talking about good insurance so that good preventative health care can happen, including dental and vision and regular routine doctor visits etc..

This conservative would say if you can't afford a kid, don't have it. And for god sakes, stop pressuring me to help pay for them.
