I have dental insurance and needed a crown & root canal. The crown was something called lava crown. The whole thing cost me 1,000 bucks even. I had crowns about 13 years ago and it cost 500 bucks for each one WITHOUT dental insurance. Do i just have a rip off dentist? Or is there better insurance out there? When i asked how much it wouldve cost without insurance they said 2,400 dollars. Geez for 1 crown and root canal?
