my teeth are starting to shift! i have no dental insurance and i need my retainer tightened asap! do you think there are any dentists who would just tighten it for me without insurance and just charge me for it out of my own pocket?

no i dont think any dentists would do that. but if you have a plastic retainer you should just wear it as much as possible to get it back to the original position, dats what i do. but idk if you have the wire retainers
