I am 18 almost 19, you can see the tips of all my wisdom teeth already. I don't know if i should get them removed or not. I currently don't have dental insurance, so i should really think this through. I used to have braces so the molars are pushing my teeth and ruining $3500 worth of orthodontics. What should i do?

If they're not certainly going to get impacted don't waste your money unless you've got good coverage. At 38 I still have mine. I was "wise" enough not to blow $2000 when the dentist showed me a FAKE x-ray of my mouth that showed teeth that were totally pushing into "my" others. That was 15 years ago.
