Does anyone really believe anyone can deliver a working low cost National Health Care Plan?

I believe that the doctors will oppose it and with out doctors, the plan can't work. Many doctors (once they arrive at a very high level of competence) will do what many do now. You pay the bill (at what they charge) and then you have to deal with the insurance plan. Think about HMOs. All they had to work with were young fresh out of school doctors looking to eventually open their own practice. Then there is dental insurance, the same applies. Look at most specialist like endodontist (root canal) most charge twice what the insurance calls customary fees and you have to pay them up front. But there is no reimbursement of the extra cost. Good Doctors just won't take government insurance and you'll have to be rich or privileged like obama to get good care. wake up america
