Attention all dentists out there--can you recommend a dental insurance that's worth getting?

For someone who works for a cheap company and doesn't properly care for their hard working employees? Yes, we need SOMETHING to help w/dental care. Maybe an insurance company who's actually worth it [saving us money instead of robbing us blind] pls advise, thanks

Getting insurance for yourself is costly and not very practical. Insurance companies that force you to see someone off of a list aren't so hot. Companies that provide "indemnity" plans or PPO (preferred provider option) are generally the better types of plans. Most companies have these plans available, but need to be purchased through the employer.
